Whether you want to demo a bike, have a warranty issue or are looking for a spare part, our European Demo & Service centers have you covered, giving quick turnaround and peace of mind to all our Europe INTENSE customers.

Our European Demo & Service centers will allow you to try before you buy – give one of our centers a call to book a demo.

You can have your new bike delivered to one of our centers, where it can be built-up, ready to ride, free of charge. Just put your preferred shop as the delivery address when you checkout.

Should you need assistance with a warranty issue our centers will be able to help you with any problem you may have. Or alternatively you can use one of our own INTENSE European based mechanics.

Our centers hold an extensive range of INTENSE spare parts, which means that if anything does go wrong we can help you get back on your bike as quickly as possible.

For pure riding experience we are also proud to be working with premier demo only centers that will allow you to try our bikes in one of their natural habitats - bike parks.

We will be growing the number of European centers during next years to cover all of Europe, providing all INTENSE riders increased support and back up.
