Please fill out the below form and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you. During the process, you will need to enter the serial numbers of your bike, if you cannot find them, you can consult our Where Is My Serial Number help page, to locate them.
Your data will be processed by INTENSE to manage the submited claim. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability or revocation of your consent by email to euprivacy@intensecycles.com, providing your ID card or equivalent document, identifying yourself as a user to the INTENSE website and/or services and specifying your request.
