Behind the Scenes at INTENSE with FOX Dialed - Creating Prototype Frames for Aaron Gwin

Jordi Cortes and Jake Frew, the team behind FOX’s awesome ‘Dialed’ series, take a trip to INTENSE headquarters in Southern California to check out Aaron Gwin’s prototype 279 race frames with founder and CEO Jeff Steber and mechanic John Hall.

There is some great insight into how quickly new prototypes can be made, the evolution of ideas and the close working relationship between creator, racer, mechanic and suspension  technicians. It’s a brilliant insight.

As the INTENSE Factory Race (IFR) team make their final preparations and ready themselves to fly to Europe it is now or never for the remaining 2020 race season. As it stands right now, the following races are still due to go ahead: 5-11 October the World Championships in Leogang (Austria), 15-18 October rounds 1 and 2 of the World Cup in Maribor (Slovenia) and October 29-November 1 rounds 3 and 4 in Lousa (Portugal).
